Wonderful doing business with Walking Pets. Extremely professional staff.

I purchased a wheelchair for my 16yr old pup who became paralyzed in her back legs unexpectedly. The purchase was easy and the Customer Service Agent was very patient and helpful. The chair arrived but I had to return it because my pup's health declined. The return was also very easy. Both Customer Service Representatives were patient, kind and caring. Thank you

Customer service was wonderful. Got right back to us with answers to our questions.

The website was very informative. I was able to get the exact size I needed.

It’s exactly what my newly blind dog needed to lift up her spirit

This is the only place I found that could accommodate my tiny bunny. Jill was super helpful, answered all my questions, and provided quick responses. Thank you!

Very helpful.

Fast shipping, friendly customer service. My dog loves his wheelchair, especially with the larger wheels
