Wheelchair was easy to assemble, was surprised that it takes many small trips to acclimate them but does make sense.

This is such a great product - Frankie took to the rear wheel chair so easily and is loving being able to go on his walks again. Frankie started to lose mobility in his hind legs and was starting to draft his rear legs. The rear wheel chair was easy to assemble and after just a few tries, Frankie is completely comfortable in the wheels.

Olivia was super helpful and answered all my questions. She even took my order manually since the product I ordered could not be ordered via the website due to some sort of glitch.

I was only able to put my precious baby dog in the wheelchair one time. I was completely unaware that she was at the end of her life and would never walk in her wheelchair again. Otherwise, I would have kept the wheelchair. The custom sizing and structure of the wheelchair was absolutely perfect and I can’t say enough about it. I am extremely grateful for this company that gives these animals a second chance at walking and living again. We love the drag bags and the fitted wheelchairs for our paralyzed babies!!! Great quality and they fit great!

My senior dog has a pressure ulcer on her hip and it is taking a very long time to heal. The donut insert with this harness is doing what it is supposed to do and keep her from laying on the open wound all the time. It's a little challenging to get it on but it works very well.
