I was able to figure out how to assemble to fit my dog, but the pictures were not always helpful. Not unexpected since this seem to be a main complaint from previous purchasers. I am thankful to have this device to help my dog.

I do not know if this is in regards to the phone call to customer service or the physical order I made. So here is a review for both. Call to customer service: 5 stars: polite, knowledgable and used my name and thanked me. Product: I’m conflicted. It’s difficult to strap on and takes two people. I continue to try but there has to be an easier way to lock in the leg over velcro straps.

Bought the Walkin rear splint and Hock Hugger wrap for our 120lb Bull Mastiff. She suffered a broken bone in her rear leg due to bone cancer. Since she is otherwise very alert and active, we wanted a daytime splint to give her the needed support to be mobile and nighttime wrap to prevent issues while sleeping. Unfortunately the splint didn’t work out as well as we had hoped. She had difficulty walking, the hard shell wasn’t too easy to maneuver with. I wouldn’t recommend this for a female dog, probably be okay for a male dog. So we just went with the Hugger wrap, day and night. She’s now walking around with barely a limp. We know we’ll lose her soon, but these products have allowed her the mobility to enjoy the next few months.

Everything was excellent with great helpful service, only reason not 5 stars is cause I returned the item still brand new unused and got charged a extra 20 something dollars for some reason.

It was helpful. Make the extra large a little larger.

The harness I purchased for my dog(Barkley) after have his IVDD surgery, is great and durable. Unfortunately he's quite stubborn and won't wear it. Plus I think I might have purchased the wrong size. It seems a little to big. But otherwise I really do like your products. I may be purchasing something else harness like for him.

My dog's chair has in 1 year required alot of maintenance, the front leg connection is weak. The harness clips wear out, causing my dog to fall out regularly. My dog has Cyrabella hyperplasia and has little control of his limbs, in a walking harness he does fine. In the chair he's a mess. But overall for the average situation I'm sure it works great, company service is great
