The Walkin Pets team does apologize for this shipping issue and any resulting confusion. The order left our facility via USPS on 1/23. Unfortunately, USPS did not deliver until 2/13. Being an international shipment, we would expect a bit slower delivery time, but the amount of time that you spent waiting for this order was well more than should be expected. The Walkin Pets team will not take this opportunity to blame our shipping partner. You, as our customer, are our most important priority. You should should not have to wait 2+ weeks for a delivery, regardless of the destination. We hope to make this up to you in the future. Thank you for letting know about the shipping not hitting your expectations. I do apologize that the post-3PM was not communicated. Our delivery partners have a hard cut off time for their pick up. Upon investigating the shipping, I can see that we did pay for Standard Overnight. Unfortunately, our delivery service partner did not live up to what we had purchased. We will not take this as an opportunity for excuses. You had expected a specific service level and you did not receive that. For that, our team does apologize and promise to get it right next time.

Tamara, thank you for letting us know of your frustration with the shipment of your product. When I research the product, I can see that it did leave our facility on the same day that you ordered the product. Unfortunately, after that there was a hiccup in the shipping by our service partner. They put a message on your package in their system that it was delayed by winter weather. We do apologize on behalf of our team that your product did not arrive to your shipping address in a timely manner.
