The Walkin wheels is GREAT! Still working on my dog getting used to it. The only bad thing, there was no instructions in the package so we had to pull it up on the website and watch it as well.

The braces are working well, however it was very frustrating dealing with your company. I had to personally telephone twice. Olivia was extremely helpful. When I received the 'confirm the address' emails, I responded every time. Five times in fact. So...I finally called Olivia again and she dealt with the problem.

This boot will definitely help her when she sprains ankle again. For the time being, I don't make her wear it as a preventative measure.

Bought the front and rear harness (ready to be attached to the wheelchair) for my 14yr old German Shepherd / Golden Retriever mix. He has an old acl tear in his left knee and overcompensating has left his right hip weaker. We've been doing ramps, he has a Bully Bed, he's fully carnivore (fresh meat from the local butcher), and he gets joint supplements (super snouts green lipped mussel) and CBD oil (he has epilepsy, seizure free!). We have knee and "wrist" braces, which he only sometimes tolerates. He's headstrong and will walk til he drops. He still tries to run, which turns into a slow trot. So he still moves really well. He had injured his front wrist, and with that and his hip and knee... he wasn't getting around at all. I quickly ordered this set, though he healed before it came (and it was quick shipping). Thankfully I had already done the research, had the page saved and everything, and wanted this brand. (Figured due to his breed and past injuries, this day would come.) I'm impressed. The fit of the rear harness is eh, but unless you get a custom fit, it's difficult to size dogs because they're all built different due to mixed breeding. I got a L per measured instructions but had to tighten it as small as it would go. I hate returns so we made it work. And it works amazing. He doesn't even care when it's on - and that's huge! this dog hates anything I put on him - but he just walks faster once he realizes he has support. I love his spirit. Since I'm now behind him holding the rear harness, though, he keeps looking for me to be beside him and won't move forward until he knows I'm there. We're retraining for that. But most of the time he doesn't need the harness. But I'm thankful I have it because it works great. The front harness fits very well but we haven't used it yet. It's bulky and like I said, he hates anything I put on him.. so we have to work up to that one. To be honest, I'm hoping they remain as emergency backups. Thinking of purchasing the wheelchair just to have on hand, just in case, hoping to never use it, ya know? I would definitely recommend this. But keep in mind it might take a bit for your pup to get used to moving around in it. So it's best to buy it before you need it so you can get your dog used to it. It's super easy to put on and adjust. It takes a little work to coordinate holding the harness while your dog walks.. seems like a simple concept but oddly enough, not as easy as it looks. And at first he refused to do his business with it on, but he got over that pretty quick and so far so good. I take the rear harness with me on every walk (we walk 3-4 times a day) and have only needed it a few times. The peace of mind is priceless.

Quick shipment! I haven't used the harness yet, but at first glance it seems to be a good design, and what I was looking for to help support my German Shepherd Dog's hindquarters. I took one star off because there are two plastic snap hooks that attach the lifting sling to the harness, and they don't look very sturdy. They can probably be easily replaced if they break, but it would not be good for them to break while holding up my 90 lb dog.

The brace is great. Easy to use. A little costly for such a tiny thing.

Really like the product but size guide is off- had to exchange the brace for a larger one. But customer service was excellent.

I originally gave 3 stars. Recently I was sent several emails trying to help. They did not correct the problem but they did show concern. First, I spoke with a rep before I bought the product, I told her what I needed for my dog and my limitations. She helped me choose this product. The person who followed up on my three star rating missed the mark but tried to be helpful. I did put on the product properly, and I cannot show you pictures or video because I do not own a cell phone nor digital camera. I am not mad at anyone they were more helpful than many websites and their products are made very well. Old pets and old owners, as a customer may have particular problems which should be identified befor sale
