Great idea but this halo is flimsy… we had to fix it several times with a putty that hardens. Specifically the rods kept falling out of the slots. Also the Velcro keeps getting caught in my dog’s hair so now he wears a t-shirt underneath it. But it does keep him from running into things. Just wish it were better made.

Shouldn't charge consumers for returning items.

Was contacted by you because the quality of the cart harness was questioned. This is the 3rd harness in less than 3 years. They literally fall apart; the stitching lets go, the plastic buckles break, the straps break. You requested pictures and they were sent some time ago but never got a response from you.

The customer service is just ok.

Expected metal halo would prevent my blind dog from hitting walls tables etc with her head but halo band bends too easily causing her to band head. Harness slips all though tightened to a snug fit. So disappointed.

The customer service is excellent (I’ve only gotten one rude person) but the sizes are not appropriate for every breed of dog. The 25-30 lb dog seems to have been looked over. The small wheel chair and the hind leg braces are both the same thing. Both are too small for the size small and too big for medium size so no matter what there was no appropriate perfect size for my dog which was disappointing. I am disappointed in the leg braces which are not anatomically correct for the foot. They are one shape fits all but didn’t even come close to fitting my dog and I tried 3 sizes. Ended up having to mold additional plastic to the one that was too big just to get a proper shape and keep the foot in the proper position.

Delivery was quick but customer service is a zero. When you call you get a recording asking for your contact info. I left both my phone number and email address but received no response. My second call mentioned this but again no answer. I figured it out on assembly and the video on YouTube helped but the "enclosed" DVD wasn't enclosed.

Seems well constructed and comfortable for her, and fits well for the most part. Does not allow enough clearance in the back for my female dog to urinate in either configuration. Very disappointed as I was hoping to use this for assisting with potty breaks as her neuropathy progresses.

Hi Pamela, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the product you ordered. Each harness features two different cutouts to accommodate either male or female dogs, you can try to rotate the harness to whichever one is most comfortable for your pet.
