Great product, great communication but frustrating to acquire the front wheels for the chair which were out of stock, and for which I had to call on a daily basis to find out if they were in. Took a long time to get them and when I did, the wheels were installed backwards on the legs and were very difficult to remove and reverse.

I liked it at first until I realized my elderly dog with hip displatia doesn't always stand the same way and it is impossible to quickly adjust for her stance. Now she hates it and I m frustrated and very upset because this was supposed to make her comfortable to walk to go outside. It's painful for her to stand so I can't spend a bunch of time trying to adjust the leg supports very disappointed. But when it fits her immediately she can Go outside and do her business and stay out a little while.

The wheelchair is well built and works well for my dog, but the customer service is very lacking. Called and left 3 messages and never heard back from anyone.

*I am editing my review. Product is good and helps my dog be able to move so much better. Finally getting a response from customer service, returning and reordering another walker. They do charge a good "restocking fee" & you have to pay shipping.* Have been trying to contact company for weeks trying to return or exchange for different size. No reply to phone calls, emails or multiple messages.

Not easy to put together but got it eventually with the help of some online videos. Trying to ease my dog into it with short daily walks but she is not taking to it at all. Will continue trying but think this may be a very expensive waste of money...

The chest strap slides too easily and I had to put a click-type button that prevented the chest strap from coming loose. My doxie's chest, when she surges forward, pushes the strap loose and then it falls downs below the legs and she becomes entangled. It is nice that the strap can be loosened or tightened easily, but you still need a way to prevent this if the doxie moves forward in the wheel cart.
