Not thrilled with product but customer service was great!!!
I felt the hock wraps were not well made enough or designed well for the high price. I was slightly bummed that there was sticker saying “made in China” and the thread was already unraveling from the neoprene straight out of the package.
I thought it would be much better quality and design. I have purchased hock wraps before.
I didn’t return them because of restocking fee and the cost to return. But again, customer service was great!!

This blue camo front harness did not fit my corgi in his corgi cart. The original black one that came with the corgi cart fits fine.

Unfortunately it doesn't fit
Unfortunately, this one was too hevy for our pet. Therefore, we could only went to customize a new one and it fitted better. Could we ask for a refund or return it? It only used two times.

Horrible Products with great customer service
By some horrible act of fate the accessory products to the dog wheelchair keep getting more awful.
The buddy up harness is targeted for dogs that the owner wants to be able to carry safely (like putting them into a car), but its also the product that seems to be the most difficult to get their dog into. Even though the previous lift harness was not a good product, this new one is somehow a huge downgrade.
For the Buddy Up Front harness, the worst thing is having to lift the dogs front left leg into the harness every single time. The whole point is for this to be for a dog with mobility issues. my dog is paralyzed in the back so that means asking him to balance on his one front foot to support his entire body weight (which he doesn't want to do because its obviously uncomfortable), meaning I have to figure out how to lift his back end and slip the harness over his front leg, every single time i want to put him into his chair. all the dogs pictured have use of their back feet. It would be better to show the product being used on more significantly disabled dogs or at least test it out on them, which I am wondering at this point if they even do.
It's sad that there are already such glaringly bad problems with this new harness set since I know that the accessories to walkin' wheel products are not made to last and this harness will not even last me a year.
The straps on the previous harnesses have always gotten loose over time, requiring constant monitoring and re-tightening. This new model of harness now has even more straps that will inevitably not keep their shape, it seems a lot more unstable than the previous model. The tubes for the rear harness also seem way too long for a size small and difficult to modify.
Overall I am sad that I chose this company for my dog's wheelchair. There are major quality issues with the products, both the harnesses and the tires that I have had since getting the wheelchair. I don't understand why this is so hard to get a good product when the help em up harness exists and is made of much better materials.
I am grateful this dog wheelchair company exists but it really sucks to have to spend so much extra money every couple of months on the other stuff that comes with it (my first set of bike style tires wore out in 3 months, i've gone through 3 harnesses in 2 years, skis didn't work), it might have been a better deal to have gone with a more expensive dog wheelchair brand at this point.
The nice thing about this company is that the customer service people seem genuinely kind and try to be helpful.

Buckle broke on first use
I'm a walking wheels fan, I'm on my second chair with a second dog. It's definitely helped maintain mobility. However the front buckle of the Buddy Up Quad Compatibility panel broke on the first use and there's no way to fix or replace it without purchasing a new one since it's sewn into the webbing.
I bought the front wheel attachment for our chair which shipped out quickly. When it arrived I discovered I also needed Buddy Up Quad panel to go with the front wheels, which is a separate purchase. I wrongly assumed all of the parts required would be included with the front wheel attachment. The website didn't make this explicitly clear, or I would have ordered it at the same time. It took an additional 10 days to get the Quad panel, more than double the estimated shipping time when I purchased it. So when it broke you can imagine how disheartening that would be after such a long wait and extra money spent.

Friendly staff but lousy service/policies
Friendly staff but exceptionally lousy company policies.
Our dog lost movement in her legs and I placed an direct order for a wheelchair. The next day we were able to go to the vet and received news that our girl had very little time left. I contacted Walkinpets and customer service said they would wait to hear back from me before shipping the order. Our dog died within the day but Walkinpets had shipped the wheelchair despite their promise to wait.
Customer service was sympathetic but said that we'd still have to pay for a restock fee of $40 even though the carton remained unopened. I do not see that as a fair policy.
As it turned out, the delivery driver knocked on our front door as I was tearfully burying our dog in the back yard. I should have simply refused the shipment but was not thinking clearly.
