Product = $9.95 Shipping = $15.00 Weight = < .5 lbs. Insult to injury, give us a break, you charged us for a minor replacement part which should’ve been N/C courtesy AND then hammered us $15.00 for shipping costs. Less than half a pound package, the excessive shipping costs most of all pissed me off. Really $15. ??

They are charging $55 for a peice of elastic with Velcro. Well $35 which I was willing to pay till for whatever reason they are trying to charge $20+ for shipping (last time I check something weigh that little does not cost anywhere near that amount to the same country) ridiculous & a rip off I will make my own- maybe I'll patten it or just put a DIY tutorial online to allow people who need it to make it without having to pay an arm a leg and a heart to get it!!!

Do not allow for refunds or exchanges in the most stressful time of being a pet owner. These wheelchairs are hard to setup, the brackets come undone with the slightest of pull and my dog just falls forward. Really not pleased with the customer service of this company. In response to your reply, I have absolutely contacted your customer support numerous times and they were not willing to assist me with either returns or exchanges. Please leave my review as is.
