Prompt delivery and guided visual instructions much appreciated! Love the versatility of the fit and support harnesses. Easy to take on/off. My old stubborn pug is refusing to walk in it but at least it offers him some stability and frees up my hands/back! Thank you. :)

This company was wonderful for customer service, the return policy was great. we purchased a larger size and very satisfied. we are not using this for handicap purposes but for the bitter cold in the Midwest. the product is solid, easy and highly recommended thank you for a nice experience.

Our pup Molly adapted quickly and enjoyed the cart. Unfortunately she passed on this week due to increasingly severe seizures and spinal condition. But we appreciate how fast you shipped this to us and wish she had more time to enjoy her new found freedom.
