Extremely hard to figure out how to put it on and no direction on the U shaped pad how to put that on/in. I thought there was a pocked on the inside of the hip pad to put it in but no pocket. Our baby took it out for a spin and he did great, we weren't sure if it was going to work right it seems kind of cheap. He seems to be doing good with it.

My dog is having difficulties cause the wheels are at the highest position and it’s too low. I need a taller set of wheels. Price?

Not doing so well. I have consulted, made adjustments, sent before and after pictures…My dog is too short for the wheels that came with the corgi WC. I still get push back when I try to order others. I’m frustrated and so is my poor dog. Secondly, the”hardware” they use is terrible. Things that are supposed to tighten and stay in place slide off. Things that need to be quickly adjusted have to be dismantled before you can lengthen or shorten them. I have horses. We use many similar plastic buckles etc. on blankets. I have a suggestion: Stop buying from the lowest bidder! Get quality buckles that work. PLEASE! My poor dog is stuck in uncomfortable positions while I work feverishly to make things fit and work properly on the wheelchair. Neither of us are happy.

My experience with my product was okay - not great. I placed my order for a four-wheeled walker for my English Mastiff. This was recommended by my dog's physical therapist. My dog experienced limited mobility due to her loading doses of seizure medications and the Physical therapy doctor was working closely with the Neurologist to get my dog up and moving again. I had ordered this item in advance of a physical therapy appointment for my dog so that at PT they could help us with it as she was 150 pounds. Unfortunately, the company had only sent the front half. After calling and informing, they requested that I take photos of the device (I wonder if they may get a lot of people report that they do not get what they received?) I took apart all the pieces and sent those photos through along with photos of the box label. I had ordered the item on January 16th in hopes to get it by my PT appointment on February 1st. The front half made it in time, but obviously could not use it as anticipated. I had to send multiple messages back and forth to get this straightened out. The company was apologetic and sent the second half through with expedited shipping, but it came a day too late to use. Unfortunately, my baby girl passed away, very unexpectantly, the day prior to receiving the item. The Vet and therapist was not expecting this outcome with her. We were never able to use the product. My family was devastated by this loss as we had gone through so much with our dog in the preceding month. We were so looking forward to using this device - me personally. I loved giving my Mastiff full body hugs. I know when I had a bad day at work, I could come home and wrap my arms around her belly while she was standing. I was so looking forward to giving her a hug again she was up in her four wheeled walker, but was never able to. The back half of the walker remains unopend, still in our front entrance as we do not know what to do with it now.

Wonderful how it has helped my dog. Big smile on her face as she is going on her walks. Her problem (and mine) is the durability of accessories needed to use her Walkin Wheels. Clips, boots, foot rings, and harnesses wear so quickly. If you could get some kind of local distribution maybe it would be easier to replace accessories. Ordering from the website is a nightmare with some kind of disappearing pages going on. I have always had to revert to a phone call back to the 20th century to get anything ordered.

We bought the 4 wheel chair for our 84lbs Labrador. While the engineering of the frame itself is versatile and works well once you finally get it setup right, the harnesses and straps are lacking. All the buckles, clips and tensioners are cheap and not very durable. The clips that latch the harness to the frame broke on the first day of use, the buckles would not keep tension and would become loose fairly quick while the tensioners were not easy to adjust making it difficult to get the whole wheel chair adjusted properly for our dog which made him dislike using it. I am a fan of the wheel chair but I think when you spend that much money on something all the parts and pieces should be better quality. We even bought the upgraded harness but it was even worse to try to adjust it to your dog. I think with some easy upgrades to the harness systems with quality components I would have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately, our dog only used the wheel chair a handful of times before he unexpectedly passed. I hope the company looks into this as it would help make the dogs more comfortable and make a more user friendly experience for everyone.

Quality of splint is excellent, however the measurements are not good for proper fit. While the medium rear leg splint fit my dog for length and paw size, it was too small around the hock. The large was much too big but fit her hock well. Probably would work for 50% of dogs. Otherwise, custom splint would be ideal, but 10X the cost.
