The website, instructional manual and videos were helpful. I bought the large rear wheelchair in camo a few days before it went on a 50 percent off sale, and when I contacted customer service, the company gave me the sale price, refunding the difference. Based on the materials from Handicapped Pets, I felt confident in how I should introduce the wheelchair to my dog, and she took to it right away. I also appreciated the videos on how to get my dog into and out of the wheelchair. I did find the information on installing the belly strap and stirrups a little confusing, but ended up not needing to use them. So far, so good.

Our little chihuahua mix is 16 and has rheumatoid arthritis and no cartilage in her front paws. She has been using custom made braces but they wore out and she needed new ones, so we decided to try these. They’re perfect.

Customer service representative was very helpful in determining the correct size and if the product would work for our dog. Products were shipped in a timely manner. Because of the medical improvement of our dog fortunately we did not need the products ordered. Customer service was very helpful and informational when we need to return our purchases. Items purchased Dachshund wheelchair, drag bag and scooter.
