Amazing company and product I had to exchange something for a bigger size and they were gracious and helpful throughout the whole process! They have made life easier and better for my Chase after an unexpected injury! Definitely recommend

Got a well-constructed dog bed that will be helpful for my aging, incontinent dog. Quick delivery. Cheaper than other alternatives.

Customer service has always been excellent with this company. I ordered parts for Bella's wheelchair. Customer service contacted me before shipping to insure I ordered the correct part.

I was able to order the exact parts I needed and get free shipping. Although, a little disruptive to me, they even reached out to confirm I had the right sized Walkin Wheels for the parts, because they didn't have my purchase on file (I bought it used), which is being diligent. :)

Web site said delivery in 4 to 6 business days we got it in 2 we were so excited Amazon could not do it any better and no discount is why I went directly to you and got a special discount of 50%off The fit is perfect took very little adjustments to get it just right My miniature poodle just went thru this dramatic life style change and need the extra support so as little fiddling is important 1 issue is the shoulder harness it is difficult to attach with doggy in it to support bars we tried different ways but I wish I could just set him in it and snap him in...he does not like waiting on me to line up the slots 😢
