I ordered some specific parts for a Corgi wheel chair. The service was great and the shipping was super fast. What a great company to deal with when you’re looking for replacement parts. I’m sure the service is the same with new purchases as well. They certainly take care of their past customers

What a great company! They have the best customer service reps working at their company. It might take a few minutes to speak with someone, but when you do they are so helpful and patient. The wheelchair is a great product, too. Before we bought the one from Walkin' Pets we bought one on Amazon and wound up throwing it away. The one from Walkin' Pets actually works and got our dog up and walking!

This wheelchair has given my dog so much freedom and he is so happy to be running in the yard. He has "swimmer pup syndrome" and can now run with my other dog.
