Thank you for designing such a wonderful aid. We love and appreciate all that went into it. At this time, it appears we jumped the gun as our pet is not at the point we thought she was and will be returning the wheels without ever using it. Thank you again and if ever we should need it in the future, we are grateful to know it’s available

William, thank you for your kind words. Our design and engineering team always loves to see these reviews on the product. We are, of course, happy that your pet has improved to a point to not need a wheelchair.

Kevin, thanks for taking the time to follow up on communication. Unfortunately, timely communication to you did not occur in a manner to which we hold our standards. We have shared this review with the team and we offer you our profound apologies for the delay in communication. As for the product, we will be happy to replace any product that may fail. It is rare that this happens, but when it does occur, we are always happy to send a replacement in a timely manner. We hope to regain your trust in the future.

Life Changing
I would give you guys 100 stars if I could. Our Dachshund, Bear, has a moderate case of IVDD. He’s still able to walk but its more so him falling side to side every two or three steps. To see this dog run again brought tears to my eyes. He’s 12. An old man but still light hearted and spunky. So you guys have given him some quality of life. When he’s not curled up in our lap under a blanket he’s in his wheelchair getting exercise. I also noticed his walking already seems more sturdy and controlled than it did a week ago. Definitely some PT going on here. The quality of the chair is amazing (not what we were expecting to be honest) and it’s easy to assemble. Getting Bear fitted was the most “difficult” part but that’s more so just because it was time consuming. You guys have changed a handful of lives in this house hold. We are so grateful to have come across this company.

My Dog Is Walking!
Your rep was amazing (Sariah - I may have it spelled wrong). I have a special needs rescue That was abused and starved, had real crazy measurements and she took her time to ask all the right questions. It came so much faster than I expected, and the fit was perfect! I love seeing this little boy who had no chance of walking zip around. I am a vet tech and will spread the word!

Nancy, thank you so much for sharing this story. It breaks our hearts to hear of the rough start to life for your rescue. We are so happy to hear that the wheelchair has turned around life in your household. This review has been shared with our customer care team and they are happy to hear that the measurements and time spent on this were able to have your rescue properly fitted. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if we may be of any further assistance.
