I made a mistake on the shipping address and the company made an attempt to correct it. Not a huge deal since it shipped to my parents house in the same town. My dog loves her chair she hadn't been able to go on a walk for several weeks after her injury. Now she wants to go daily again.

Assembly and setup of the cart was well documented in the instruction booklet. Cart seems sturdy and well thought out from both the dog and owner's prospective. Our dog is normally frightened of anything with wheels but, adapted to the cart following him around in about a half hour. The small frame fits our 11 pound Yorkipoo well and is light enough that he can walk without undo effort.

When we initially opened the box all the parts seemed daunting. However the instructions made it pretty simple to assemble. I would suggest separating the assemble and fit instructions. It would be easier and a little less confusing to completely assemble then go into the proper fitting, but a small detail. Our 14 y/o GSD took to it pretty easily and started using it right after we put it on her and was able to easily walk around our property. We live in the country and have uneven ground and s lot of sticks, but she did great on it! It made her happy to be able to walk around outside with her brothers and sister.

Finding what I needed for my hurt dog was easy. Ordering and shipping was great. Kind of pricey but not like the others.

Have only used this for a few days so far but is working great for my dog. He seems to feel more confident walking around inside and out knowing he has the protection of the halo.

It is very easy to order and speak with customer service. I had an issue with my chair I called and sent pictures and they diagnosed the problem and sent me a video that shows me how to fix it. thank you.
