Overall great construction and fairly easy to assemble. The only negative side of the construction of the wheelchair is the connection of the belly support. The string that loops over the front of the harness buckles which helps keep the belly support from moving back doesn't connect to anything so it keeps sliding over the harness buckles. Definitely could use a modification in the design of this part of the chair. Other than that, it's great!

Prices are too high when the products are made in China. You have probably $5 in a leg brace and sell it for $90. That's my biggest problem.

I would have given 5 stars but we have still not received our order due to complete incompetence with FedEx. First, we didn't receive any notification regarding the duty fee's to Canada. I have checked my emails numerous times and there's no email notification. Finally I contacted FedEx to find out why it was so late, and I paid the duty charges and was reassured they would deliver the following day, but it's 3 days later and now they are closed until after New Year's. They lied about an attempted delivery, I was home all day, no card was left and their tracking claimed it was sent out for delivery at 11:20am and they tried to deliver at 12:20pm, this is impossible because the location it was coming from is 3.5 hour's away from us. They lied yet again yesterday when I called and they promised it was on the truck and onroute, we waited at home all day and they never showed up. In the future we will not order again unless either the shipping company changes to a more reliable company. Now I must fight FedEx to get refunded the $67.70 USD I was charged for shipping.

They were quick to call me and see what they could do to assist me. Very customer friendly!!!!

Overall I’m happy with the product so far, only had it a few days. To be honest I’m not totally thrilled with the way the area she sits on is attached by only little plastic clips which came defective. They are sending me replacements for free but it’s a little sad that they came defective. Customer service is A+ though! I really appreciate how detailed they have been with helping me make adjustments and recommendations. My dog is still not totally into it yet, but we are getting there!

Shipping time was much slower this time around, delay from placing the order to shipping out. We also have had a couple of the air wheels arrive with defective inner tubes, but it's hard to keep track of which shipment they came from, not from this batch.

They did a great job but my ESS has big front paws so will be ordering an XLarge to accommodate the front and the M should fit the rear which I originally ordered.

Shipping was fast, assembly was easy. The harness fits great - snug and comfortable. My pup is still pretty active, and my only complaint is that the wire would need to be made of something much stronger. It works great when she is meandering along and rubs up against something, but it cannot handle the impact when she is moving at a "faster clip." The wire bent and she still smacked into the tree. I may just need to get her a helmet. Hey, maybe design a helmet with a halo?
