The Walkin' Pets wheels is not easy to put together. It is easier to visualize its assembly from the model-like assembly diagram than from the lengthy written instructions. The on-line video was helpful, but more views are needed, especially from above, which would distinguish the leg holders from the lift handles as an example, and would be helpful. Once we got it going, we were able to go for a walk at a better speed (my dog has DM), but he is not comfortable with going to the bathroom while wearing it, because he can't squat while wearing it, and that had become a major reason for his daily walks. Also, one of your telephone reps pointed out that a dog cannot lie down/sleep in the Walkin' Wheels, so that suggests frequent on and offs, which is not practical.

I used 3 stars because I haven't been able to get him to actively use it yet. The problem is that he just sits after it's put on. I think (hope) after he gets used to it, he'll start moving. His feet are still sore and I know that's an issue. I'll keep trying. Anyway, it's well made and fits OK. It is a little snug around the neck. He's a chi mix, but has a thick neck and front. It's easy to put on him and he doesn't seem to mind having it attached to him. He just won't move. Just sits there with this pitiful look.

My dog has spondylosis, unfortunately the back brace did not work for her amd her particular condition, but customer service did work with me to return for a refund. The back brace seems to be good quality, I just hate it couldn't help my baby girl.

The product arrived quickly and was fairly priced, but does not work for our dog. I called and left a message asking about a return label. No one returned my call. Time is ticking and there is a 15-day limit to returns. Next time, I'll use Amazon.

The skooty bags are good, but we always put duct tape on the bottom. The roller attachment was crap. Too big. Hard to maneuver for pet. Only works on hard floors. Don't buy it.

Struggling to find a brace that fits a very curved bone and very short dachshund-mix leg. The x-small keeps sliding above his elbow/shoulder & he’s having a hard time walking, standing, laying down with it on. Wasn’t a fan of Walkin’ Pets charging a restocking fee for return of their most expensive brace. This is a trying time with a beloved family member; being nickel-&-dimed doesn’t create goodwill.

Not too happy. I've been a customer for years and never had issues until recently. I called to place my order to make sure it was exactly right because the last time, they forgot to include an extension piece that we needed. I called, waited over an hour as I was number 6 in line. Then I told the guy I was calling to place my order because of what happened the last time. Got my order fairly fast, a few days,but they forgot to include the same piece yet again. I couldn't believe it. Had to call again, wait an hour again and ask them to mail it out again. That was almost 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't come in the mail. Very disappointed.

I think the brace is wonderful it helps my dog with her hip dysplasia so much we saw improvement in the way she walked in days. She is a bulldog therefore when I called I was recommended a large for her barrel chest but the large struggles to fit her legs it had to be adjusted and sewed but it still works wonders!
