The individual I emailed was exceptional friendly, and helpful. Once all measurements were in following guidelines on website, the process went quickly. Getting extra required measurements was time consuming however, walker was well worth it.

This splint has made both our lives better. In 2&1/2 weeks,I’ve seen major improvements.

Product is great but i made my order in a Saturday and paid for next day air yet order didn’t ship until Monday and product didn’t arrive until Tuesday morning. I would suggest adding some language around shipping speed in the weekend. Thank you!

My dog broke her ankle really bad to the point of permanent ligament damage and she will probably be on a style of brace like this forever. I did alot of research and decided to try this one first as it was on sale and looked really solid. At first she loved it first day goes by she smells seaty and shes developing blisters under the straps and theyre cutting off circulation to her toes which made them super swollen so we actually added some of the spare foam to each of the straps about 1/2 inch wider than each strap to provide better pressure distribution and drilled some holes so air could get in also have been wrapping her leg in cotton and now shes been walking on it ever since with some minor kinks (adjusting it and changing it everyday) of coarse. But i dont think she would be happy right now if i didnt find this brace. She's a very energetic dog and those big heavy splints just didnt work for her as they were actually causing her patella to pop out which caused her pain. Just overall very glad i found this product! Although i will probably need to get a new one or 2 soon as her straps are getting worn out.

My pup and I love this harness! Love it, although do wish it were a bit tougher/stronger to handle the wear and tear and movement of my young pup.

This is a beautifully made harness. Thoughtfully constructed and easy to use. My only problem is that the fasteners are almost impossible for me to undo. Also, I wish you had a donation option for used harnesses. Our house, property and climate made it impossible to use a cart. I now have a used harness that will be looking for a good home.

The website was easy to navigate. Ordered wheelchair on January 6th. Received exactly what I ordered on Tuesday January 10th. The assembly was fairly easy. Dog seems to be adapting well.
