I have a 4 pound chihuahua and your product will not stay on. I have tried everything (the foam inserts, 1/2” foam, athletic tape, self adhesive wrap) to help it stay on to no avail. I wrote to the company and have not to my knowledge received a response.

The cart is very nicely made
I found the harness way to big for a Corgi and after adjusting it to fit her the padding no longer could be put back on. The harness part for the hind legs seemed to spread her legs too far apart. I tried every which way and could not find a good adjustment. Unfortunately it just doesn't seem to work for her.
Another issue was that she tends to push herself backwards and it would be great if the cart had a brake that could be set to keep the cart from roll backwards.

Well made product.. however did not work out
Although this is a well made product it unfortunately.. did not work out.
I went by the chart provided... regarding my dog's weight... The front part of the harness that fits over his chest is too loose Even when pulling it at it's tightest. Also- The "length" of the body of your pet is VERY IMPORTANT here- Again unfortunately... Although I consider my pup average in length it seems as though the 2nd pad which goes underneath their abdomen runs into a problem because "he is a boy" and runs "interference" when he is trying to urinate.... Countless attempts to re adjust however no success in doing so...

The communication was great but you…
Disappointed in retrun of item. The communication was great but you kept $40 of our return which was disappointing as the harness we ordered was not a good fit and all we did was try it on her then return it.
I had to pay for shipping to ship it back at $20 plus I paid to order a different harness from you. I was extremely disappointed that it was not a full refund.
From the communication that we received I don't understand why we did not receive a full refund.

For the price, I didn't expect an issue with such a critical piece.
For as much as you spend, I expected less issues with quality. I was, and continue to be, more than frustrated with their adjustment pins (?). Everything is adjustable (which is great) and held in place by these pins. 95% of the time I push the pin in for an adjustment it rotates outside of the hole and into the track, disappearing from sight. So, then I have to pull the whole thing apart and push the pin back in line with it's hole and put the whole thing back together and make the adjustment all over again. 50% of the time it rotates again. SO FRUSTRATING when you are dealing with a disabled dog that is stuck in the device until you fix it (or I guess you could pull them out of the whole device every time). My bad back doesn't appreciate all the time hunched over trying to deal with this issue this too.
Also, tried to diligently make adjustment to follow the pictures of "correct" and "incorrect", however, while one picture shows the device adjusted "incorrectly", later in the book there are pictures of dogs in the devices the exact (incorrect) way represented as being correctly placed in the device.
It is a good product, but also a bit disappointing, so I am rating it in the middle. I am certainly thankful that I got my dog a wheelchair to help her, but maybe should have bought the Made in America version rather than the Made in China? I followed an ad to this one, and maybe should have done a bit more research or at least bought a slightly used one. I have found several other people who have made comments about the straps also not being as secure. **I haven't experienced that yet**, but it does give me pause as to what other issues might be soon to come.

I gave them that score because the first one I got just wasn't working for me after I put on my dog. So, I ordered a different one from them and it works but needs some improvement. No big deal. But, I sent the old one back for a refund. It was denied because I put it on my dog. I cleaned it after taking it off my dog and I sent back to the company and they were going to tell me. The only reason I found out about this is because I called a few weeks later. They said it wasn't cleaned good enough. So, I told them that I would it back. So, they were going to keep it if I didn't call.

Not much for large breed dogs
the staff was very helpful, but I have a larger dog (over 80 lbs). Alot of the products offered ( i.e. Drag Bag, Scooter etc) are not made for larger dogs.
I did purchase a Walking Wheels from the company and have no complaints.

Sadly this cart just didn’t work for my corgi. The harness it comes with was completely restrictive to her front legs which still work fine. The cart was awkward and very imbalanced. The upgraded harness wasn’t suggested on our FaceTime when help from Megan to fit it occurred. Megan was wonderful otherwise. The buttons to change sizing are horrible and pop off repeatedly. When I called back to inquire about upgraded harness and ordered it online.. it arrived and wasn’t compatible with the cart!! Ultimately I called about all my issues and returned everything. Three strike rule for me!! I will say they were very understanding and I was refunded very quickly. They retained the return shipping fee and a small restocking fee which was very fair.
