I ordered a M when I should have ordered a S... guess my measuring skills are not that good. We have a 11yr old 30lb sheltie and they have long skinny legs so a S fit better. Return was easy and they were helpful and made suggestion to help us to try and get her walking again as the brace will be a permanent fixture as she is not a candidate for surgery per vet and specialist. Braces are made and in the end, we decided to use both kinds so have a hock brace where she walks on her own foot and one where her foot is enclosed.

From the sizing and ordering to the actual receipt of the wheelchair was exceptional. It fits my girl perfectly and she took to it with ease. Very Happy!

They had a lot of helpful information with the specific product which really put my mind at ease. My dog hurt his ankle (hock) and was having a hard time, and with all of the information on this page I didn’t have to even hesitate to know what I needed to get him. His ankle is doing really good now and I’m so grateful! They also went above and beyond, I was a first time customer who was worried about my dog, they also sent me a free bag of calming chews to help him heal which I know did a lot for him.

Great customer service helping me select correct product & size. My 10 yr old golden retriever must have injured his front paw and would drag it. He wore down his nails til they bled. Wish I had discovered the brace sooner - I really think it would have sped his recovery. Fits him well and holds his joint firm.

The quality of your products is awesome! And I ordered my dogs booties on a Sunday night and received them by Wednesday. I will be ordering more!
