I received a size too big for my dog, they graciously sent a smaller size immediately. My dog unfortunately passed before using it and your company is refunding my money. Very kind during a hard time.

Received in a timely manner. Fits great. Brady is still getting g used to it.

Customer Service is great. Tsehaye was very helpful.

Wonderful company to work for. We ordered a wheelchair for our Beaux Beaux and he gained his angel wings before we received the wheelchair. I reached out to the company and they responded almost immediately and made sure that they were able to stop the shipment and refunded our money. I would not hesitate to order from them again .

High quality, intuitive to assemble, fit my dog perfectly, lightweight, sturdy

Walkin Pets is very responsive. Within minutes of me reaching out to them, they were communicating back to me. Thank you. And, the product is well built.
