This company has amazing customer service. They reached out to me when I had issues ordering online and informed me to contact them if I needed assistance on using the doggie wheelchair I ordered. The products I ordered shipped very quickly. Fortunately, our doggie regained the use of her back legs by the time I received the wheelchair so, once again I reached out, and I was provided excellent customer service so I could return the one item. The response time of the email correspondence was pretty quick as well. Since I never unpacked the wheelchair, I cannot review the product. I can only assume it is as stellar as the customer service.

Thank you for the great review about our team. The best thing about this review, however, is that your dog regained the use of her back legs. As a bunch of pet lovers, that is really what our team enjoys the most when reviewing this. Please let us know if we may be of assistance in the future.

My dog passed away the day before my custom cart was delivered. I inquired about returning it, as I obviously had no use for it. I assumed that I would it be able to but thought I would just ask anyway. I received a personalized email from the company, firstly offering condolences. Then, letting me know that they could not accept the item back because it was discontinued (or something like that) but they were going to give me a FULL REFUND, and asked that I just donate the item to someone in need. In a time of horrible grief, this company shined. I am so appreciative of their generosity and they are clearly in the business of doing good for the world. A local veterinary office in my city is starting a PT program and was also very grateful for the product. Can’t tell you how impressed I am.
Response from WalkinpetsApr 1, 2023
Stewart, please accept our condolences. Our hearts do go out to you. We are gratified that you were able to get the wheelchair into the hands of someone who will use it. In this case, we want to thank you for taking the time to put that product in the hands of your local vet.
