Walkin pets provided us with THE BEST customer service! TG was so patient and helpful while we tried to figure out the perfect size splint for our yellow lab Jake. Thank you so much for all the help!

Great product for the price! Our Dakota's hock joint is definitely supported well in the brace. It absolutely prevents her from hyperextending, and it doesn't seem to be uncomfortable for her.

Janet, thank you for sharing your experience with the hock joint. More importantly, our team is excited that Dakota is doing well. Thank you for the great review!

Our feisty senior shepherd has progressively lost the use of her back legs. We initially bought the base two wheeled chair for her but ended up needing to also get the front wheel kit. Customer service was so helpful in making sure I got the correct kit to fit the chair we already had. It took her a few minutes to adjust to having four wheels but once she figured it out, she was ready to go! Even so much that she was trying to bring it in the house with her. Thank you guys for making such a thoughtfully designed, affordable product. You’ve given us more time with our girl.

Kate, this is such an exciting review. This is why we do what we do. We would love to see some pics of your shepherd in action. We are happy that all of you are enjoying the product.

We've been working with Walkin' Pets for the last several years and have always gotten good advice and excellent service. Your products are sturdy and well-constructed. When I made the mistake of ordering the wrong dog wheelchair last month, they were great at assisting me with the return and with ordering the correct size. My only (small) complaint is that I have to wait a long time to talk to a real person when I call with questions. Hopefully this can be rectified.

Debbie, thanks for your kind words about the product and team. We are actively adding to our team with the goal of minimizing the time spent awaiting our team members. Please let us know if we may be of assistance in the future.

I ordered the Walking Hip-EEZ Support System with the Donut for my elderly GSD, who had developed an open wound/bed-type sore on his hip. When I found your product online, it was exactly what I needed to protect the wound and keep my boy from licking it. Unfortunately, although it arrived quickly, my GSD passed away before I had an opportunity to use it. Even so, I would highly recommend it for anyone with a pet with a similar issue.

Rauna, you have our condolences on your loss. Please let us know if we may be of assistance.
