Received shipment fast. Devise is not that easy to put on but a very durable good construction that will last. My dog is taking some time to get used to it. Thanks for the great customer service!!!

I ordered a harness to replace the one I have which has a broken clip. When the new one came it had a a broken clip. I called and talked to someone who was extremely helpful, she sent out a replacement clip for the harness I just ordered and two extra for the harness I already had. So nice and professional and understanding that having a working walking pets for my dog was very important to us. Thanks again for making a device that provides my dog with the ability to walk again.

We are having a wonderful time at the puppy kindergarten. It's great meeting other pups and being able to ask questions here and there that pertain to our pup.
Response from WalkinpetsApr 1, 2023
Thanks for the good chuckle, Astrid. We would love to see some pics of your pup in action. Our team thrives on these stories!

I ordered the dog wheelchair on a Thursday and it was delivered on the next Sunday. The product is sturdy and very adjustable; also attractive blue color. The dog isn’t afraid of it, but he needs more practice to get the hang of it. He’s really good at going backwards; seems it’s easier for him to push back with his front legs than to pull forward. My only concern is that we’re still waiting for the belly sling that’s on back order. The cart has a belly strap but we wanted more support. Overall we’re happy with the product and price.
Response from WalkinpetsApr 1, 2023
Thank you for the review. While we are happy to hear that your dog is doing great moving backward, we want to help move forward. If there is anything that our team can do to assist, please do not hesitate to ask. The belly support will be shipped to you as soon as we receive from our supplier. We are anxious to get that product out to you quickly.

Shipping was quick! The unit was easy to assemble. We got Ilene the goat into the WalkinWheels, but she didn't take off running like the videos!! We feel that it is a positive rehab session right now if we can get her standing in the unit and putting weight on her front legs or takes a few steps. We have had 4 rehab sessions now, and we hope for minor changes in Ilene's mobility as we continue.
Response from WalkinpetsApr 1, 2023
Victoria, we are so happy to hear that Ilene the Goat is in the wheelchair and that rehab has begun. We do have quite a few requests for goat wheelchairs. We would love to see some pictures of Ilene in action.
