If I was reviewing only my customer service representative I would’ve given a rating of one star. She was completely incompetent and gave me completely bad information every step of the way. I really hope this what seems to be otherwise a good company will let her go. If I were rating the manager Jill, I would give the company five stars. Jill was able to rectify many of the issues that I had and sent me in the right direction in most respects and really wanted to make things right. I ended up making my own cast for my dogs elbow and there is a discrepancy between the video and the written materials and I hope they take care of that. At this point my review is mixed and if they could have good quality customer Service representatives I am sure that they would be a very very good company.

My partially paralyzed pup was supposed to be beginning therapy dog training when a small piece of a plastic clip on her wheelchair broke. I emailed and got help immediately (or at least overnight) and was instructed to call back during business hours to order the part and the paperwork would be ready for the staff member who answered the phone. When I called during business hours, there was no record of the order. WW did have an issue with computer ordering being down or something while they did some inventory work for a few days. I eventually ordered an entire new wheelchair and paid for express shipping, so my dog would not miss any more expensive training sessions (and going to training is the highlight of her week). Thankfully, that arrived in tie for the next class, but I am still waiting to hear back about the replacement part. I was fortunate to be able to purchase a backup chair, but I see many people on the Facebook group for “wheelie pugs” (mostly with pug myelopathy), who are struggling to pay for even one wheelchair, so this could be a real barrier. I do understand that many companies are understaffed at this time and there may be supply chain issues, but I was invited to provide a review so here it is.

Ordered before vacation, didn't receive early like I had paid to (I understand it's probably on the shipping company).Was hoping to get it before so my dog could wear it when and recover whilst being dog sat, came back from vacation and still haven't received it ;(

The dog has not adapted well to the wheelchair yet. Waiting for the supporting belt.

My wheel chair and foot brace came very fast unfortunately my 16 yr old 78lb dog was too old to really utilize the chair and brace. It was difficult getting her in and out of the chair. If she were younger and not riddle with arthritis I believe it would have helped her, I heard it’s difficult to return the chair so I will be donating it.

The purchase process was easy and the product arrived as promised. However I do not like how the boots fasten on my dog and the product is not durable. My dog had already worn the top of the boots and they are starting to come apart. I had to order another set of boots from a different company. Definitely not worth the $34 I paid.

I bought a walkabout rear harness. I was disappointed that it took 2 people to put on the harness. I tried it on 3 dogs and had similar problems I told the girl, who was very pleasant, that I was old and could not kneel, and that I could not lift the dog anymore, and I needed something I could leave on. The harness seemed to slide off the back when the dog was walking on her own. It seems to work well when walking with the harness in hand but when the dog walks on her own then drops the harness is not in a good position to lift as weight seems to be solely on the front strap. I was very disappointed as I have a coodeo harness which works but I was looking for something to be worn for an extended time
