The 4-wheel cart I ordered is perfect! The product is excellent construction and the wheels turn easily for my dog. The additional vest I ordered was a little large, so I exchanged it, which went very smoothly. Now my dog can at last stand up! So much better for him. Thanks Walkin' Pets!!

Had to return what I bought . The return was very easy . Definitely would order again !! Good quality April 5,2023. Mary Radatz

The wheelchair arrived on time...packaged well...instructions were clear. I am very impressed with how it is designed...the ability to customize is amazing. My girl has DM...so she is losing the ability to use her back legs. I was very happy that she can still use her legs in the wheelchair. But it is also comforting that if needed we can use the stirrups as the disease progresses. A great product all around.

Your prices are ridiculous. we are going to bill them at 1/3 your price and still make a killing.

The dog cart arrived quickly . Henry adjusted quickly and you could see how happy he was that he was able to move around with ease. He has had the cart for a few weeks now and he navigates around the furniture and can really go fast outside.

Great products quick service

The gal on chat was great! I had a Walk-in Pets corgi size wheelchair donated to my foster Frenchie. The gal helped my figure out if we could swap out parts to make it fit. Never did she try to convince me to instead buy a new wheelchair. Then, she told me how to check for financial assistance if I decided to get my foster a wheelchair. I really trust and appreciate any company that is more interested in helping than selling. I ended up buying a new wheelchair for my foster. She loves it!

My item arrived promptly and in great condition. Unfortunately I never got to use it but the return went very smoothly and I received an instant credit for the full price. A great experience I would say and I would highly recommend Walkin' Pets !!
