I liked that we got both the front and back wheels do quickly. I could not understand the directions for the belly strap. The camera was too far away from the lady putting it on and she did it too quickly to follow. So i made do. The leg straps little plastic piece that was supposed to snap on the little metal screw broke immediately so I will have to put them on with plastic straps. I loved the metal frame and back wheels and harness. I havent had time to put the front wheels on yet. I would buy it again.

Product price was reasonable. Delivery quick. Product was very well made, easy to assemble. Getting adjusted to the dog took some time. Video information was helpful. IF you have two people OR the dog cooperates, it is a piece of cake to get the dog into it. By myself, the first go, with an uncooperative dog, took 45 minutes and more patience than either of us had. Almost a week later, it now takes about 10 minutes.

Leroy took to it in minutes

Initially the fit for our dachshund was hard but once we were able to play with over a couple of weeks, the chair works great. The leg stirrups could be positioned better for his comfort.

The product is a superior made product. Unfortunately our dog is a mixed breed, one that is not easily fit. He is overweight and that plays into his fitting anything. All adjustments were attempted to have fit the wheelchair, however, until he looses weight, it will no be possible as his belly hangs to low. I, however, recommend this wheelchair as a viable option for other dogs. He is slowly healing and is walking a good bit on his own. The lift helps.

The wheelchair completely transformed our babies life, before he couldn't go for walks, now he is going for walks that are as long as he would go for when fully able. And he does it on the pavement and the snow. Some things to consider the rear straps didn't really fit to the body but that is just minor thing. Improvement on the directions for assembling would help. Rear height adjustment should be more/taller it seems we got just the one size with no room to maneuver higher. But it works.

First off I would just like to say thank you for letting my family have a few final walks with our baby boy. Unfortunately, due to the sudden rapid decline we only got to use the chair for a week before our baby went over the rainbow bridge. We are heartbroken but couldn’t more appreciative on the quick delivery process and the ability to have a few lasting memories. I must say I did not care too much for the back harness design all that much. I understand the concept but unfortunately the straps kept loosening up when we would attach them to the chair (most likely due to the weight of my dog) Also the plastic clips that hook on the chair, snapped on the 4th day. Keep in mind we were using this on a Great Dane so for those with smaller dogs I’m sure that would not be a problem. Again, it was worth every penny for those last few walks and I would recommend anyone going through what we did to get a wheelchair and enjoy those last few moments.

The only problem I had was the lack of instructions in the box. We figured it out with the the photos on the box and some of the videos on your site but it could be a much more seamless experience. The quality of the wheelchair is great!
