The velcro vest fits nicely, and the hoop fits into it well. The hoop itself is heavier then I was expecting, especially for my small old dog. We’re practicing with it still, but wish the hoop was lighter.

While in on paper and in theory these products look good I am sure many if not most of those who purchase a piece of equipment as I have have run into like obstacles in their use. The equipment is often bulky and cumbersome and do not address the fear factors many older dogs experience, (especially those that are blind or low vision).

Despite being on a FEDEX fast-track service, the goods are still in Thailand Customs. We have to produce various documents and passport copies, along with a letter from the veterinary doctor to hopefully get the shipment released. We have been advised that the TC think we are purchasing to sell within Thailand ??? Wish my review could have been about the product but having not received it, with no real idea if I'm going to receive it it's difficult to be positive. I can say that the service experienced by the sellers was excellent and any questions I had were promptly responded to.

If your equipment is collapsible please send it already assembled. Daunting task to put it all together especially when you have to go online to do some of the tasks. No directions for using the harness with the chair. Just wasn't going to work. It looks great in the pIctures amd I am sure works fine. BUT... For $300+ dollars it would be nice if you would do the work and we just use it. Not build it as well.

I needed to exchange a medium dog wheel chair for a small one. I filled out the form online, but was told they needed to have a photo of my dog in the chair to assess if we had indeed purchased the wrong size. We purchased based on weight and it was the wrong size. I then called and what should have been an easy one for one exchange, ended up being a 20 minute call with a girl who really had no idea how to do this transaction. I was put on hold a couple of times and it took forever. Right now I have paid for a new chair, and am sending back my other one. I have received 2 receipts for the return but none for the new purchase. I’m sure this is a good company as they were recommended but the customer service is a big mess.

I have emailed twice since receiving and have still not gotten a reply

In the picture, the harness looked exactly like what I was looking for. I have a 13.5 year old Gordon Setter male whose hind end is now very weak and wobbly. I wanted this harness in the hopes he could walk a little further with the assist of the harness and I liked that it had long straps for the owner to use as a leash. The harness is SO complicated and didn't come with any pictorial instructions... recommendations: COLOR CODE the straps so it is easy to know what goes where (like the Easy-Walk harnesses). The straps that fit around the torso have nothing to lock them in place and slip right out of the buckle. When you have a large dog who has difficulty standing, try putting this harness on 65 pounds of dead weight--trying to lift the hind end of the dog and figure out where all the straps are supposed to go... etc. When I finally got it on him, he FELL 3 times just trying to walk from the kitchen out thru the garage. The harness is very stiff and bulky... not at all what I expected from the picture. I also think a fleece lining on the part that goes against the dog's skin would make it more comfortable as well as fleece leg holes rather than the stiff harness material. I plan on returning it. Even though I'm very unhappy with the product, I gave it three stars because I'm appreciative of a company that is trying to help handicapped dogs. The item got here very quickly and shipping was free.

It takes entirely too long for processing and shipping when you have a dog in desperate need of mobility. It makes it even worse when you need different sized struts and have to reorder those. Hearing back from customer service via email started off great and ended up taking too long in itself outside of having to reorder new parts for the chair.
