quick service and product

The company provides a very important service for pets in dire distress.... and that is such a comfort to pet owners as well as the little ones. The information you provide, the service you give, the product you make and the follow through you provide are all excellent. Thank you for all you do for our precious little ones and for owners as well. God bless you.

I used the sure size fit and the wheelchair fits perfectly. I had some trouble putting it together and wanted to make sure I had the height right. I emailed the help line and they immediately responded. They were so helpful and were able to tell me how to adjust just based off pictures. They made such a hard time so much easier!

Our dog hurt his back leg about 5 years ago slipping through a deck step. It has been good until about a week or so when he came limping up to me outside. The brace helps. I ordered a smaller size because he is a mix of lab and boxer thus his back legs are more boxer like. Would rather help him without the stress at the vets.

They are so great that I only have beautiful words about them. Their products are well design, great quality and def worth every single dime. Also they were so nice to include a gift alongside with the wheelchair. God bless you guys forever.

You shipped my wheelchair really fast, everything was so clear with instructions and you sent me a catalog with more products available. I would like to be your test site for new products. Because of my age I have trouble putting the loops in place and use a needle nose pliers to unhook the side bars. The holes for connecting could be a little bigger and connections could be easier. I love the products. I will be looking forward to softer inside to the new slip on too. Your pricing is the best and support is always available. ❤️

My little girl has not been this spunky since she was a puppy. She is going to love going on short little walks now.
