My GSD has DM and has been using a rear wheelchair for almost a year. I started to see DM symptoms in his front legs, so I ordered a front wheel attachment. The website description is misleading in that is lists size by weight but really the height is what determines the appropriate size. Another source of confusion is that the rear wheelchair size is determined by leg length, but the attachment size selection asks for "strut length" instead. I ordered the large (70-180 lbs) but really needed the medium (25-69 lbs) for my 100 lbs dog and selected the rear wheelchair size based on leg length instead of strut length. It would be nice if there were consistency between the rear wheelchair and front attachment sizing selections. Although I initially received a front attachment that was too large, customer support was very good in helping to return the item and reorder the correct size. I should note that the front attachment packaging for the large seemed more appropriate for the medium in that the parts were too large for the packing inserts and made the box bulge and the rails actually ripped through the ends of the box (but there was no damage). From a customer support (Morgan B and Josh) perspective, this would have been a 5 star review because it was excellent, but size selection was confusing and the packaging was poor.

Overall good experience. A couple of issues with my order... (1) Two of my items were missing from the first box that was sent. I had to spend about 45 minutes on hold for customer service, but they did swiftly send out the products after that call. (2) One of the extra cushion liners I ordered for my splints looked like a cat had used it as a scratch pad. Holes all over it. After missing two of my items and getting stuck on hold, I didn't bring it up cause I could still use half the pad, but definitely of annoying. The splints themselves were great. Haven't messed with the extra padding yet. Super helpful for my dog with a hyper-extended hock. Offers good support so his let doesn't flop out from underneath him.

The harness clips could be better if my dogs gets her wheels caught on something and pulls the chair separates from the harness So I had to buy the upgraded harness

We are not use the walker full time as of now.It is of course more suitable for the outside. Inside the dog needs to be on a leash. Also, our dog comes in at 80 lb. and in a sharp turn tips the walker over since he has problems with his hindlegs. I am sure that over time the walker will proof to be very helpful.

Clearly your staff is compassionate and caring, the chair itself good quality and solidly built. I wish you had a chair a little easier for those of us over the age of 65 with big dogs to get in and out of. I have a Doberman male, rear paralyzed and it's honestly a struggle for me to pick him up to put him in his chair and moving his rear legs to get into the x seat. Plus my brat child is under the age of two and he continued to chew through two harnesses until I did an inverted short plastic cone over his neck covering his chest. Maybe work on those two functions, a chair easier to use for those of us with bigger dogs and older ourselves and a non chew strapping system..... It's a great chair, he whizzes past everyone effortlessly

I would have given five stars except the wheels on the B1 mini are super small and seem kinda flimsy. I'll see if I can switch them out, or if I can order different ones for it. Everything else was amazing.

Everything except one thing is acceptable about this company. The products are good, and fairly priced compared to other similar ones. The BIG problem here is the phone system. Very long waits with no option to be called back, with very annoyed loop of “music” and testimonials. Very nice representatives when you finally get someone, and most of the time they follow through. Only for my pet would I wait on hold this long!!!!!
