We would be happy to recommend how to introduce your pet to the products and see if there any adjustments that can be made to ensure your cat is as comfortable as possible. Thank you for posting a review about your recent order. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced some difficulty setting up the wheelchair. Our wheelchairs can be a little tricky to fit in the beginning so we do offer assistance. If you would like, you can email us photos or videos of your pet in the wheelchair so we can advise you that way. If you would prefer, we do offer virtual and in person fittings. We also have many instructional videos online that we would be glad to send you. Our wheelchair experts can be reached at [email protected] or by phone at 888-253-0777 Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM EST, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST. We look forward to helping you!
