I tried to send a brace back you said it was damaged and had poop on it. It was the wrong brace I called and the person told me that is the wrong brace. So I put a brace on the dog it don't fit I send it back so how was going to know if it worked or not? Was I suppose to keep him on the carpet how would you know the brace is working or not???? you return policy needs re-worked you basically took my money and now you have the brace to boot???? send the brace back if your not going to send my money back

I made 2 different purchases and neither splint worked or stayed on. I made every effort to keep the splint on. No matter how tight I got it. It still slipped off. And yes it's the right size for my dog. Strongly against getting another from here.

Well my dog drags his back papa and couldn't even stand up let alone walk in those shoe boots have them between his twos it's awful need something that goes over the back pulls the feet up

I returned it spotless was only put on my dog not even five minutes. All original packing and tags still attached. I receive my refund minus 10.00 and the item was expensive. I truly ding this literally robbery and quite disgusting to be honest. Really a shame to hat a company would do to his to a customer with no justification at all I say beware to all you won't receive your full refund by this company who in my opinion are thieves. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!

We were told upon purchase if we were not happy with a product it could be returned within 30 days and we would receive a full refund. Today I rec'd an email with a partial refund which is absolutely unacceptable. The product was not damaged. We fit it one time, sterilized it and returned it as it was shipped. Im a professional in the dog world and disgusted with both front and back wheels. Neither was pressure point friendly for our dog and the engineering couldnt have been designed by someone who had that in mind. The product should also state it doesnt work well at all if there are slight inclines on the property. The product should also state that in some cases these wheels do not work as in the case of our dog. We bought the front after the back wheels gave no support and looked terribly uncomfortable at his abdomen.
