We are very pleased with our Walkin' Wheels. We assembled it quickly and our elderly dog has adapted to it quite well. I am impressed with how nimble it is--our dog can easily bump over curbs and travel across rocks or tall grass. I hope it helps her continue her long walks. Without the Walkin' Wheels, her hind quarters lack the strength to support her after a short distance.

I’m very pleased with my purchase! Our original hind leg measurement for our husky Bandit was off and the company contacted me before shipping my order to remeasure/ensure accuracy and I really appreciate that! The TrueFit feature is great! Arrival of the wheelchair was still very quick and set up was a breeze. Minor adjustments were easy to make as well because of the detail given by the user manual supplied. Overall, this company is top tier and knows what they’re doing. Bandit is a strong willed boy and he loves going in his wheelchair for physical therapy, walks and just cruising around the yard. I can’t wait until his hind legs are stronger so we can take him to the dog park again! Thank you guys so much!!

I rarely leave reviews. The customer service for this company is beyond compare!!! I ordered the rear leg splint with extra foam. They didn’t have the foam in stock, but would receive in a few days. I needed the splint ASAP. They shipped the boot and I received the extra foam by that Friday. I know it’s just a few days, but I swear getting the splint earlier kickstarted his healing process. I have seen people say the splint it too heavy. This is essentially true for us as well. The deal is, he was dragging his foot, a wound formed, then he chewed the foot and made it far worse. I would much rather him drag the splint as we wait to see if he heals from his initial nerve damage, than to have the wound form and get out of hand. 10 out of 10 would recommend this company and product and would also shop here again.

The quad was relatively easy to assemble. The directions were not real easy to follow, but a little common sense goes a long way. Getting the unit fine tuned to our dog was challenging.

Product arrived on time ,took alittle bit for my puppy to keep it on. It it helps thank you for offering a range of sizes so he will be able to have something to help him for his life time, as he had to get a plate on his paw to keep his foot stable.
