The way my dogs back leg is structured, it ultimately did not exactly fit correctly in the boot. It was as close as it could get but ended up being more of a hindrance than help, as it was a little too heavy and clunky for him, though it worked for a while. For the best fit, I should’ve seen someone in person and had the boot built to size for him. It’s a brilliant concept Thank you.

The splint I ordered for my dachshund was very well made. I would give 5 stars but the customer service suggested size according to my measurements. When it arrived, it was way too big. I sent it back for the size down and was told I had to pay return postage. If I had not asked for help with the measurements, I would understand but when ordering what they suggested, I think Walkin’ Pets should have covered postage.

Customer Service, Friendliness and clearly the desire to want the customer to be happy - is a benchmark for all other on-line businesses. Though I had to return mine - I didn't receive any negative feedback for doing so - in fact you made it easy. Keep up the good work and I will surely keep you in mind for the future.

I was able to order what I needed for my pet from the US for cheaper than what I could buy the same product for in Australia, even with the high postage for an overseas parcel.

The frame design is excellent. The wheels and chest harness do not match frame quality. Plastic and loose, stitching is poor. The included chest harness has defective stitching on red under strap and connector fell off within a week in the introduction phase. However the additional underbelly support strap allows me to continue using cart. Too bad the method of wrapping string per video to hold unferbelly strap in place is no go. Website sizing charts are confusing even with measurements. Too easy to get wrong sizes. Not exactly sure on return methods for selected items but I have to replace two harnesses. Otherwise I'm glad to have this cart to assist my family member.

We have been using our Walkin' Lift Rear harness for a week now and it has been a game changer. Our 12yo shepherd mix can no longer walk on her own and using a towel to support her hind legs was just not working. Our dog seems comfortable and sleeps well in the harness. She is happier now that she can get around easier and isn't bothered when we use it to completely lift her up. A few things to note - We are still trying to get the right size and fit. Adjusting the harness isn't simple and since my dog cannot stand at all, it's also difficult to get on her. I haven't figured out how to adjust it so she doesn't urinate on it, so it gets rather gross. We are still going through trial-and-error to get it perfect, but I think we're close. Luckily it washes really well and is very well made.
