I didn't realize how much time it would take to get the wheelchair ready for my dog. It's still not completely put together so he hasn't been able to use it. Despite measuring multiple times and with the help of friend after it's put together I'm not 100% sure it will fit.

The buttons to make adjustments are horrible, they push into bars to easily and I have to dig them out. The bars do not slide easily and stick, making adjustment challenging. I have had to grease all the parts to get them to glide easily.

overall it is ok, but the wheel is not very well made for a large/string dog. I purchased parts and also a new one since it was on sale in case the one we bought less than a year ago is pretty much falling apart with screws that fell out the first month we bought it and the cap covering the side bars fell out. It should be made better to with stand larger dog if it’s sold for a larger dog.

It just not staying put, we followed the direction, it stays in place as long as she doesn't move but when she starts walking it slides to her backside. We really wanted it to work but just doesn't work for our fur baby.

The harness is adjustable in all the right places BUT does not fit my dog well. The walking harness and straps gets in the way of him doing his business. I have a corgi so I think it's high shape and size and not the harness that is the issue.

Great and fast delivery. trouble with size and straps staying in buckles. Measured legs, but large to small.

My boyfriend accidentally guessed the measurements and tried to talk with someone from this company. She said that she'd get a hold of me to get us different attachments for my beagle basset but neither of us received any emails.

I need to return it, my dog has injured both hind legs now & will require surgery Please advise me on how to return item
