So I did alot of research picking out a brace. This one looked sturdy and of high quality. It has some weight to it. It seems sturdy. However my dog finds it uncomfortable, he had a brace prior he wore with out complaints. It was lighter weight and I assume more comfortable? When I put this one on him he kicks his leg like something about it he find very unnatural and I speak simply from his other brace we did not have that weird reaction. With this said he is braceless 🤦 and he really needs the brace but I can't have him hurting himself straining muscles kicking and hitting himself with this brace. At no point did he try to walk normal with it. We are already out of warranty so now I have this super nice brace collecting dust.

The wheelchair rear leg support does not work well for male dogs

The use of FLAT TOPPED push-pins (for adjustments) is IGNORANT. Following YOUR instructions, it's possible to get them pushed OUT of the holes, so that it's nearly impossible to get the push-pins back INTO the holes... Use ROUND TOP push-pins, as they're self centering and will ALWAYS go back into the "master" hole. Redesign the belly-support mechanism... it's not BIG enough. My 55 pound boy had to be "tied into" the frame to keep from falling out... and the rear leg restraints are a pretty poor design for dogs that have NO use of their rear legs.

Terrible instructions, unclear outcome photos (some have chin strap for mini, some don’t, some have bar between front wheels for mini, some don’t). Can’t find PDF of regular instructions. Seems 2 separate items that don’t match seamlessly. I will have to return this soon if we can’t figure it out. Already spent $380 on these metal bars and plastic wheels. Had to hire a professional assembler, cost $50, tipped him $5 (it still seems wrong), chat, videos, and instruction manual are unbearably frustrating.

I was not happy with the Wheelchair I got I tried it on my cats several times. And your return policy is ridiculous. So now I have a wheelchair I can’t use and paid $170.

The wheelchair came when it was supposed to and after watching the set up video several times and rewinding it, i got the chair set up, but the front strap was not properly sewn on and therefore it does not stay in the clip like it is supposed to. i ended up having to use a safety pin to hold it in place and bc I am afraid the pin could open on my dog's neck, i am reluctant to use it. unfortunately, this might be a situation of you get what you paid for. If the strap was useable, this would be a 4-5 star review.

You made processing a return difficult and didn't refund my full amount.
