Ordered a large per measurements on the website. When it arrived the measurements in the packaging were different then on the site. I had to reorder a medium, and ship the large back. It’s been a couple weeks now and I have not received my refund for the large or the medium brace, however I was charged twice?

I ordered the wheel chair and belly strap for my 8 year old chihuahua, her back legs have been slowly going out. I received the items couple days later. During the couple of days of waiting for the items my dogs front legs went out, she was completely paralyzed. I had to take her to an emergency vet and other option but to put her down. I called your company to see how I can return the items and explained the situation about putting my dog down. I was told so sorry but we are going to still charge you a restocking fee. Completely harmless in my opinion, I wasn't returning because I changed my mind I had to return because I put my dog down.

You charged me $8.41 for a simple email and $21.00 for re stocking fee and the way your add read it made me think I needed to order four and the math don’t add up you ripped me off !!!

Ordered from this company and am so disappointed rear leg splint was so hard and uncomfortable for my dog that he couldn’t even walk in it contacted them to inform them and had a choice to either return it myself or get a label from them decided to return to them myself costing €19 tracked even though they charged me €39 shipping ( same journey) plus be aware if you are outside USA you will be charged customs fedex will contact you before releasing your item Please read the fine print carefully as with the shipping and customs it cost more than the actual product when I emailed them all I got was well you were sent the terms and conditions and agreed to them eventually got another product from an extremely helpful company buyer beware

Tried to call and talk to someone left number no one called can’t seem to get help to see if the cart I got will work I think it is way to big I could use some help and talk to a real person

Your app was misleading I thought you were sending me a handicap cart not a $5. Dollar piece of Velcro for $38 I think that is taking advantage of people with handicap animals! I would like my money back I’m very unhappy
