Great customer service, knowledgeable and helpful

Great phone service. Always a pleasure to work with a real person and not just a website.

Excellent product, excellent customer service!!!

Thank you for helping my dog walk again without surgery. She ran after having them on. She jumped out of a semi truck window and pulled the tendons and ligaments. We now have time to think if we really want to have her front legs fused. Amazing splints

A used refurbished item in excellent condition. Arrived on time, well packaged & undamaged. Seller was very clear item was used & refurbed & made this very clear. Will be returning for anything & everything we need for our disabled dachshund.

Chatbox support person kindly called me so we could talk on the phone, which was easier for me. She helped me pick the right item for my dog; she also assisted me with returning an item that didn't work for my dog. Great job, Walkin Pets peeps!

My baby goat was so happy she could get around now does zoomies with dogs

Very good explanations on products, sizes, how to measure via chat. Product arrived and was the right size. Product works well and helps a lot on taking my basset hound for a walk.
