Great quality and received the product really quick.

I've had to call the customer service dept for Walkin' Pets twice for two separate issues and both times the phone associate was very helpful and friendly.

customer service is fantastic and the quality of the products speak for themselves!

We’ve had a Walk-in wheelchair for our dog for 2 1/2 years, have had to replace a couple of plastic parts, great service and helpful customer service. Highly recommend for anyone needing a wheelchair for their dog, I’m sure this has extended our dog’s happy life 🥰

Excellent product and very helpful and easy to work with people. Is completely adjustable to fit exactly what any dogs size is. Very durable for all terrain. Easy to get on and off my dog. Staff very responsive with any questions and provided help to ensure I get the right size and fit. Also worked with me after to ensure right fit. Highly recomend!!’

We needed a different size strut. They shipped it out right away. They were very helpful.

Wheelchair was easy to assemble after watching the video. Our dog loves being able to run down the street again!

Fantastic customer service and quick processing/ delivery! 🐕🐾
