My order was received timely unfortunately our dog crossed the Rainbow Bridge the day after it was received. The return process was easy. Just waiting for my refund.

good communication fast response and shipping

I ordered the 2-wheel wheel chair for my dog. It arrived in a few days. I was so excited to have a way for my dog to get exercise. However, My dog had a change in his health. He passed away before I got the wheelchair. I contacted the customer service dept and Autumn assisted me in a return. They were good to do business with.

The product is great quality with fast shipping.

This was a gift for The Herd House for new puppy Kiefer. Tine has used them in his PT. Very satisfied

The halo fits great in the vest however the metal malleable halo itself is a bit short even after readjusting and watching the video/reading instructions. Teaching my dog to use it has been difficult but not impossible haha he adapted to it quickly and is learning but progress is slow.

Great wheel chair for our 12 years old puppy. Good construction, very functional and adjustable. Highly recommended!

Quick shipping and quality products. Our blind 16 year old mini-dachshund can get around without us worrying about him falling over or bumping into things (ordered the front wheels which also act as a bumper for him).
