The last no knuckle sock we purchased had a different drawstring clamp. It was oval in shape. It slipped through the top loop that is supposed to give it tension and hold it in place. We had to stitch the top loop to make the opening smaller to make it work.

Unfortunately your extra small splint is 2 inches too large for my 6 pound Pomeranian.

Having trouble making a return and an exchange

The concept is very good but the castors are not the greatest. They don't really roll the just slide. We bought the medium for our daschund and she ends up off of it and pulling it behind her.

The product is nice. But there should be instructions on how to secure the included straps.

The manual instruction booklet is terrible and hard to know the proper way to put rear legs . I didn’t use the wheelchair yet, because of instruction manual, have to ask my rehab doctor how to put it. It’s not useful at all

The device is great and well made but our paraplegic cat hates it. I think she dislikes being strapped into it. Being able to move isn’t a bonus for her as she scoots on her bottom at the speed of light. But we remain hopeful that someday….

I have made multiple purchases now from Walkin' Pets including a wheelchair and later, a more comfortable harness to go along with it. Assembling the wheelchair is really confusing - the instructions are rough to follow. I really didn't get it right until we took it to his physical therapy appointments and they were able to assist (because even when its together, it's hard to recognize the correct fit). When i inquired about returning the wheelchair, the restocking fees were just not worth even sending it back. Luckily we were able to get it fitted and have been getting use out of it. Next, our physical therapist told us about a more comfortable harness they offer (which i find frustrating that that requires you to spend another $50 vs. just being what is included with the wheelchair). I purchased the harness based on their sizing guidelines and it fit horribly with their wheelchair. It would hardly slide onto the side rails and when it was on my dog the wheelchair was poking him in the eye if he turned his head. I emailed with pictures to see if i needed to exchange for a larger size and the first customer service person told me to re-adjust the wheelchair. We went back and forth several times as it was still looking very uncomfortable for my injured pet and he wasn't walking in it. She kept insisting it was the right size i just needed to adjust the wheelchair. The next day I got a different representative who did recommend that we exchange it for a size up, and she was nice to put that together for me - but they still wanted me to pay the return shipping for the harness - even when I ordered for their specifications. I did push back and they ended up paying for the shipping, but it has just been such a lengthy process. The harness is hardly worth it at this point as it's taken weeks to receive, deal with customer service, send it back and receive another. And I just feel like they nickel and dime you - this is why companies like Amazon do so well because they make returns and exchanges so simple. While overall the product has been nice once we figured it all out, i don't think i would purchase from here again as the risk is too great.
