I haven't been able to use the wheelchair because it arrived without a piece of equipment that is needed. I called about this but still haven't received a response

instructions were not helpful at all, paid for this device and have never used it

My sweet fur baby could not adapt to her wheelchair like the dogs that are seen in the videos. I was devastated because I thought for sure she would. The vet said the pets in the videos are special and trained. My fur baby tried but she couldn’t do it. Her condition progressed and she was euthanized. I believe that how the product is portrayed is misleading. But, I may just be angry and grieving for my precious fur baby.

I went by the size chart but they were too small for my dog. They don’t hit even close to where the instructions show they should hit.

I ordered a dog boot that didn't fit. I only tried it on him for a moment and knew immediately it wouldn't work. His paw was clean and he didn't walk in it at all. Nonetheless, when I returned it I got less than half of the total cost refunded ($6.53 of $14.45). This shop is clearly too risky for me to take any more chances on.

I try to order a paper Charity calendar every year. This year I chose Walkin' Pets. I do not have need of the other products they sell. A box arrived with someone else's order of 4 calendars. I was told to keep the extras. It was very hard for me to find homes for them. I gave one to a nearby vet practice, one to a random person walking their dog and finally, inquiring, a pet store needed a calendar in their office. I can only hope it was meant to be and the mistake allowed an animal to have a better life.

Measured according to guidelines on website and bought correct size based on measurements. Hard to put on dogs rear foot, even once it was on it would NOT stay when my dog walked. The cocept is good but it needs significant improvement. Comes off too easily, strapping mechanism lacks qaulity.
