When I first called (before ordering) and needed additional information about a specific product there was a long hold time. I had the option of leaving a voicemail which I did, after several days no one returned my call. It also took a few days for my email to be returned. Here you are desperate for help for your furkid and the response time is too long when you are in this situation needing immediate support. Once I ordered the product and emailed them for additional support, they took awhile again to get back to me. I am still awaiting a question to be answered about a product I need to help my dog.

The unit sent to me is simply too big and bulky for my dog. I have requested a refund and have not received a response. I’m incredibly disappointed.

order was refunded, repair parts not sent for our disabled dog. No reason given. Screw you from all of us here.

The return policy is vague and misleading. I returned a brace for a partial refund based on the policy as written only to be denied (it needed cleaning). And then I couldn't get the brace back because of the high shipping cost, so I ended up with nothing. Had I known returns are routinely denied because of cleaning, I would have cleaned it myself or I would not have returned it at all.

we are 70 years old and we had to return the back support back and you are keeping our refund we received with white stuff on bag and when we sent it back with cleaning it to 100% it was only tried on once your rep helped me with size and it is too big so we cant afford to lose this kind of money but God always wins but youll have took us and we both know you will sell it again instead of disposing of it so send it back i will give it to someone instead of you all making anymore money of it this is the worst company i have ever dealt with

Your instructions are terrible. They should be labeled for each item. No cd in box with explanation. I will not recommend your product.

I am still missing a product I paid for and contacted customer service about. I did expedited shipping as my dog needs this brace and now it has been 2 weeks and I still don’t have it or a resolutions
