WalkinpetsReviews of walkinpets.com

The entire experience was lovely. they gave great explanations and videos which were super helpful in choosing which size I needed, measuring my dog and setting up the "wheels" when they arrived. Customer service was very supportive and follow up was good. Everything arrived on time and well packaged with easy instructions. Most importantly my dog is loving being mobile once again. Thank you!!

I had a problem placing my order online and the woman who answered the phone fixed it for me no problem. She was very helpful.

Delivery was very fast.

I have been working with Jillian Daigle to help me find the right adjustments for my pup, and we were able to find the right solution! I appreciate Walkin Pets so much for their products and customer service. I have purchased a few products from their website which is very easy to navigate. I am thankful that I am a customer, and my pup is very thankful as well!

They gave great help and replaced a missing part really quickly.

Information and product was as promised!!

I had to return my product (I had measured wrong). These people were so helpful - they took care of everything! At the same time, they seemed so interested in my dog and what was going on with him. So empathetic and understanding.

Impressive response times. Any questions I had (and there were many) throughout the process, Walkin Wheels responded quickly, usually within minutes most times and always the same day you asked. I had asked some of the same questions of one of their big competitors and it always took them at least a day or more before they responded to the question. And if you responded immediately to the competition's email with another question, you had to wait another day for their response. It was even worse if you asked a question on a Friday morning - no response till at least Monday afternoon. Walkin Wheels definitely has the competition beat on customer service!
