They made this process so easy. It’s hard to see my Tucker hurting and struggling to play. So the kindness and help I received meant the world to me. I measured wrong and they caught the mistake. They reached out to me to say they don’t usually see those measurements in his breed and told me how to get the right measurements. I am so grateful they did. I’m still waiting on the wheels but I’m sure they are going to make a huge difference in his life.

Fast, excellent customer service. Any problems putting anything on that you buy, call and they’re willing and ready to help. Excellent return policy. My longtime vet even complemented It. Only one suggestion by my vet. I purchased the device for my cats knuckling. It would be great if one was made with the support of the hock to enable the muscle to strengthen. My vet is located in Colorado City Tx (Dr Vardeman) and folks come from as far away as 250 miles for treatment on their large ( horse and cows to cats and toy dogs, even a parrot and komodo dragon).

Walking pets has always delivered. Promptness and quality. Tinkerbell has been in a wheelchair her entire life. We are grateful that she has a chair to run around in and feel like the other dogs in our back yard if just for a moment. Thank you Walking Pets.

This company goes above and beyond to help! Samantha was very helpful and sent me extra parts for my dog khloes wheelchair to make sure it was absolutely perfect for her. She was great and I now Khloe is finally able to run and play like she deserves!

Sizes were more than just small, medium, and large. Measurements matter in dogs just as they do inhumans. My big boy is a specialty breed of GS. He failed out of guard duty but made up for it in love duty! Anyway their measurements were spot on! Thank you for helping him stand better now that he is reaching his elder years.

I would like to say that I’ve been dealing with walkin pets for about four months now for my dog with degenerative neuropathy. I got a wheelchair, special harness to walker with the support, her back, legs, booties, and recently I just ordered the front wheel attachments to make the wheelchair four wheels. I also bought the warrior harness for the rear about a month ago, which is excellent, and gives my dog so much more comfort and support when my wife walks her and also when she is in the wheelchair. Like I said, I just ordered the front wheels and I also ordered the front warrior harness because I know she’ll have more support to help her walk better. Are you still have to say the customer support and help with any questions was outstanding.
