The customer service group is great. I (and Walter) love this little cart. It’s easy to use and has many good points. My only complaints are: — the little silver balls are nearly impossible to use with arthritic fingers (even if I use the hex wrench to push the ball down); — my dog has a 12” long Maltese-type coat which does not work with Velcro ( it gets tangled and knots and makes a mess)

Using the halo type harness is a work in progress. The vest is little big on her and the wire seems to wide but we are giving a good try. Hoping some more positive

A quality product that is fairly easy to use. Minor issue is the adjustment pop buttons are difficult for me. If you push them in too far, you have to fish them out. My dog is stubborn and her mobility harness was not compatible with the shoulder harness for the rear only wheelchair, so getting her to stand long enough to attach the chair to the harness also wasn't working. I added the front end attachment and this addition has made all the difference in getting her up and moving. She does have to be lifted up and then put down into the quad straps, but she is much happier with the four wheels and is learning to trust the chair. We saw an improvement in her ataxia with just one use. I have not used the customer service, but the company has been good about letting me know that it is available if needed.

I originally purchased a size small rear harness for my corgi who has DM. It was too big so I contacted Walkin’Pets and decided it would be quickest to purchase an xs and return the small, since doing an exchange would take much longer. Both times the harness came within a few days. Unfortunately, while the xs fits better, my dog refuses to walk in it at all, she simply doesn’t get it. I’m keeping the harness because I have to pay shipping every time and it gets expensive. The harness is great quality, but it just isn’t going to work for my dog.

It was easy to purchase, but I need help putting it together - my son-in-law will be doing that - meanwhile, Mazie is without -- she is getting stronger every day but needs the help of the wheelchair -- your prices are great for someone like me - I have a limited income the refurbished works for me -- when Mazie is through with it I will donate to the local shelter so that another animal can use it to get around and possibly get adopted

Great product, took a while to figure out. Watched video a few times then got it.

The products are exactly as described, the materials are first class. The elephant in the room is that it takes two people to put the dog in them, and I am flying solo.

Quick shipment, got a brace overnight, unfortunately it had a defect. Contacted them by email with a picture of the defect and had another one in two days. I have not used the brace though, my dog ended up in a cast. I may end up sending it back, if she doesn't need it. Customer service was excellent, unable to truly rate the product though.
