We started out loving the company but do to numerous issues we almost decide to just send everything back. All the people we spoke to were very nice but unfortunately after Fed Ex made the 1st mistake it was compounded by your employees. My husband I are both retired seniors with back and knee issues. We have over weight Beagle who is 10 and is almost unable to get herself around except for in the morning she can with a huge struggle which completely wears her out. It is hard for us to pick her up and get her where she needs to be outside to go to the bathroom. She does not have a good quality of life as she sees her sister run and play and bark at things and she can't join in. We are hoping not so much as a miracle as she is 10 but to be able to get her self around outside and maybe if losing enough weight that maybe she won;t need the wheel chair to hold herself up if she can get exercise to strengthen her legs or have the wheelchair if that doesn't happen. We started this project with your company on t he 9th and still don't have her upwardly mobile with your device.

The instructions and quad wheelchair video did not match what was in the box. I was never called about a wrong measurement for the FCR. I am thankful they sent the email but I read the email the day after it was sent. It was good they expedited delivery with my first phone call with customer service. I asked for a second phone call from customer support, but did not receive it. I still have unanswered questions about the wheelchair for my dog. Overall the wheelchair fits my dog.

Every person I had the pleasure of speaking with was very caring and helpful but futher training is needed. Josh was a dream to deal with the company needs to spend big money to keep a great employee. The shipping department needs WORK weeks to get wrong items.2 times. Our pet passed from cancer before she got the benefit of her wheelchair.

I inherited a walkin wheels from my aunt. She never used it for her dog. But I have a small dog and he is aged, has two bad knees. I thought I might be able to use it for him. I've been trying to get it to fit him but I can't seem to get it right. Too bad. I do like this but it isn't working for him.

Nicely constructed but my dog struggles to walk with these wheels. Approaching two weeks of working with my dog with the wheels but not making any progress.

I'm not very happy with my purchase. Parts were missing and absolutely know instructions on how to put it together. I think for the amount that I paid it should have at least let me know how to put it together so my poor dog can use it.

Ordering the cart was easy but when it came time to put it together it was a nightmare. I got the quad cart. I found videos for the front wheels. I contacted customer service and they sent me a video to help me with the 'quad' cart. It was ...again .... for the front wheels. I tried contact them again and sat on hold. I give up.

The wheelchair is great I have a 14 year old German shepherd. She cannot stand or walk anymore. The wheelchair has given her mobility for the last eight months. I purchased a rear harness lift combo, much easier on my back a breeze to put her in the wheelchair. The only problem is the clips. The locks break the first time I used them. They work but when picking her up in the chair they disconnect. Other then that great product.
