Angie, we can understand your frustration with the processing of shipments through Customs. Each country proceeds with processing at their own pace. We do work with our shipping partners to provide the maximum amount of paperwork to expedite the clearance process. In the case of your country, the shipment is still showing processing through the system moving toward final delivery.

I purchased a wheelchair for my dog and four months later one of the plastic buckles had broken. I contacted walking pets to see about replacing the harness and they refused to do this under warranty. When I told them I was disappointed and would leave them a bad review they hung up on me. Really poor company, poor quality product, and horrible customer service. A well deserved one star review. Update: This response from Walkin Pets should help to illustrate their tone-deaf cookie-cutter response to addressing customer issues. I have a $400 chair rendered useless because of a $2 plastic buckle (that requires the purchase of a $40 harness), but their response to this issue is to use this information to "create a better experience"... Haven't we all heard hollow promises like that before? This patronizing statement doesn't really help me at all, so I must not be a customer to them? Good luck if you do business with this company.

I ordered the product on a Wednesday afternoon around 3:15pm and selected a FedEx 2 day shipping, figuring I would have it by Friday ... we were leaving on a vacation Sunday morning. Needed this product for our pup with a badly injured leg to keep it stabilized. You had plenty of time to get it to us on a 2 day expedite, but you failed. Product did not get here til Monday! Disappointed with the whole experience ... I won't pay a "restocking fee", or for both of the shipping charges, so I'm not even going to try and return it.

I’ve sent numerous emails asking for help with my dogs wheels and I got one response in the beginning saying she couldn’t upload the video I sent, so I resent it and despite my efforts, I haven’t heard back from anyone! If I don’t get help soon, I will return them.

Leah, it looks like everything has been adjusted for a great experience for your pup. Please let us know if we may be of any further assistance.

Didn't help at all. Be careful before you buy and read the return policy. It would have influenced my decision a lot.
Response from WalkinpetsAug 25, 2023
Thanks for taking the time to review, Joanna. We are continually reviewing policy and procedure. We will take your comments under advisement.

Customer service is just bad. They don't respond. I've purchased a chair from them and got no help sizing it or getting the pieces I needed. I bought smaller wheels thinking that would help but they don't fit so I needed to return them. I haven't heard from them since. I honestly am so disappointed in the lack of care they show after you spend money.
