Availability of replacement parts or merchandise, and quick response time when mailing out purchases.

The customer service is outstanding! Tsehaye is an asset to your customer service team! We worked together for about a week to make sure that my dog had the best chair for his need. AMAZING

The company got the cart to us in a very timely manner. It was easy to put together. My girl is finally able to go for long walks and play fetch again! She's got the sparkle back in her eyes!

Great product! Ended up ordering twice and and very please with all four products! My dog injured himself on a fence and had a ligament injury, used both the front splint and the carpal splint our vet approved of both! We were previously using balto products but within a week they wore down. By far way better. My parents ordered a hock splint for their dogs as well and she finally put weight on her back leg in years! Thank god for these products!

The wheel chair is well designed and the customer support is even better.

Your website is very easy to navigate, and the videos are very helpful with each dog having different needs, etc. The basic instructions for putting together the chair on the website are good, but the reality of measuring and adjusting the parts with the dog are more complicated. I also found the pamphlet confusing especially when it came to the leg straps adjusting and attaching, and harness adjusting. But, once i got past that, excellent apparatus, and my guy is doing great.

My dog became suddenly handicapped due to an unforeseen illness. The products that Walkin'Pets has available take care of every need that my dog and I have. The products are made of quality material and workmanship. Their customer service service is outstanding if you have an issue or need to return something. I recommend this company to anyone who is experiencing an issue with their pet.

Happy, friendly knowledgeable staff. FAST order fulfillment
